R & J Cylinder and Machine is an ISO 9001:2015 certified Ohio machine shop offering production metal cutting and precision metal sawing services for customers in Cleveland and throughout Ohio to meet a wide range of product and application needs.
Our metal cutting capabilities include cutting a wide range of metals and alloys in round or tube stock up to 18" in diameter.
We are equipped with modern metal sawing and cutting equipment that can handle product up to 80 feet in length and up to 10,000 pounds, with tolerances of +/- 0.015. Horizontal and vertical angular adjustments can be made to our saw cutting machines. These sawing machines enable us to cut accurate miters and crosscuts on workpieces.
Our Ohio machine shop team can perform saw cutting and other processing operations in compliance with ASTM standards. Saw cut parts can be finished by plating, anodizing, sandblasting and painting. Complete turnkey solutions are available including light assembly, warehousing, JIT delivery, and logistics services.
